I'm a writer, music teacher, producer, performer, and songwriter. I primarily play guitar and sing, but I also enjoy playing bass, keys, and I’m currently learning the mandolin. Let me know if you're interested in jamming or having an article written about you!
Currently, I play solo acoustic shows at breweries around Denver. My biggest influences are 90s/2000s alternative, but I appreciate a lot of classic rock, folk, metal, grunge...if it's rock-like, I love it!
Hello all! I'm a songwriter who explores themes of heartache, resilience, and redemption through homegrown roots music. I like to tell honest and evocative stories from every day life. My country, folk, blues, rock, and bluegrass arrangements strike a balance between stripped-down solo authenticity and full-band energy.

I've been writing songs for nearly 40 years either solo or as part of a group for the purposes of having fun and catharsis. I love to take apart songs to see what makes them tick. I'm looking to grow by learning how to achieve the emotional reaction I'm looking for in a lyric or melody.
I’m an aspiring singer songwriter.

I started writing songs in my youth. I played in a band in High School that got popular, but then I went to college, which pretty much, broke up the band. In College I played in a band that wasn’t popular. We were a bit too far out of the box for the Boulder music scene. Then I took vocal lessons and realized that I didn’t really know how to sing. So I quit music, got married, got a career, and had a family. During those years I wrote very little music. Instead, I revised my old songs. I learned a lot from that. Now, I’m retired and my kids are grown. So I’m writing songs again and loving it. My best instrument is guitar and my favorite instrument is vocals. My first instrument was piano, and I’ve played a lot of bass over the years. I don’t own a bass right now though.
